Machine vision for quality, traceability and robotics
We implement vision systems that inspect, identify and measure in line, with precision and traceability. We are a SICK Vision Partner.
Traceability
Every component identified, from the line to the customer
With vision systems and 2D codes such as Data Matrix (by pin stamping or labels), we recognize every component and record it in a database.
Products are tracked through every manufacturing process and up to the end customer: gears, pistons, camshafts, valves, brake assemblies and many more.
- Data Matrix, barcode and RFID reading
- Optical character recognition and verification (OCR and OCV)
- Sorting and classification by size, shape and color
- Integration with the PLC and production systems

Applications
What we solve with vision
Assembly verification
Image inspection confirms that every component is present and correctly assembled: holes, threads, welds or adhesive.
Robot guidance
The system detects the part’s position and orientation so the robot can pick, weld or dispense sealant precisely.
3D inspection and measurement
3D vision and laser measurement for automatic, real-time dimensional control.
Bin picking and 3D palletizing
Locating parts in bins and pallets for automatic handling.
